Bio-Scientific Pty. Ltd., was established in 1972 as a general Laboratory Supply Company.
 
The Company’s primary focus is providing quality service. We are continually striving to improve our already high degree of service with all development programs activated and designed with our customers needs foremost in mind.
 
Quality Technical field representation and Technical support are of the most important functions of the service we provide to the market. In addition, all aspects of Customer service including Computer functions are continually upgraded and improved to address our commitment to Service.
 
One aspect that separates Bio-Scientific from it’s competitors, is that we will attempt to source products for our customers from non-represented suppliers. We also believe it is essential to respond immediately to orders for non-stocked items.

Company Structure:
 
The central warehouse and main office is located in Sydney N.S.W. From this office we directly promote and service New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland representing over 90% of the available market. At this point it is economically viable to address the market of South Australia via a distributor and their Technical Representatives.
 
Technical field Representatives operate from home offices and are located in each State.

Technical support and Sales Co-ordinator are located in-house to support the field representatives, responding to customer technical enquiries and providing product training.
Customer Service representatives are available for telephone sales and product enquiries.

Stores and Shipping Manager efficiently conducts distribution and shipping of our products.
