BioScientific Pty Ltd Online Shopping Terms and Conditions:

By using the www.biosci.com.au website and/or placing an order with BioScientific Pty Ltd you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Ordering and Payment:   On receipt of your order we will advise by return email that the order has been received with a copy of the sales order entry – any discrepancies must be notified to BioScientific immediately. Please be sure to provide a working email address with order.

The invoice will accompany the goods when delivered.
 
Our payment terms are 21 days from date of invoice and payment can be made via EFT to BioScientific Pty Ltd BSB 082-367, Acct 509438494, Credit Card or Cheques made payable to BioScientific Pty Ltd., PO Box 78, Gymea, NSW 2227.

Credit Card payments can be made; we will contact you for the details.

BioScientific Pty Ltd will not keep your credit card information on file.  This is a security measure to protect you and us.  Once your credit card has been debited, the credit card information is deleted from our system.

Orders outside Australia/New Zealand are accepted or denied on a case by case basis.

All items are supplied in good faith, on the basis that the product/s as described will be available at time of sale.  All items are available until sold out - should this occur we will contact you and advise of an alternate product or backorder information relating to the supply by the Vendor.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases after order has been placed with the Vendor but will gladly cancel the order if not sent to Vendor at that time.

Any claims must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of delivery in respect to damage/ expiry dates, to our office.

Pricing, availability and terms of offers may change without notice.  We cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography.  We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
